Per comodità di tutti mostriamo come dovrebbero essere state riviste (salvo pubblicazione ufficiale) le tariffe di ormeggio lungo il canale di S.Liberata.

In questa prima tabella sono riportate le tariffe d’ormeggio in vigore fino allo scorso anno

Questa seconda tabella mostra le tariffe inizialmente stabilite per il triennio 2016-2018. Vi segnaliamo anche che sono state modificate

le fasce di redditto (ISEE)

Questa terza tabella indica quelle che dovrebbero essere le tariffe modificate. Qui le tariffe variano rispetto a quelle del 2015 secondo un parametro di aumento uniforme per tutte le fasce attorno al 20%.

Infine questa ultima tabella mostra le differenze tra le tariffe inizialmente definite e quelle riviste. Le cifre precedute dal segno meno ed evidenziate in rosso sono le riduzioni rispetto alla ipotesi iniziale.

Le riduzioni interessano 17 tariffe su 20 e variano da meno 4,80 € a meno 230€.

Ad onor del vero, grazie anche al gioco dell’accorpamento di fasce di ISEE, in 3 casi su 17 le tariffe aumentano da 10 a 25€.

Fermo restando che a nessuno di noi ha fatto piacere l’aumento, ci sembra che le nuove tariffe – condivisibili o meno, rispecchino almeno un criterio uniforme per tutte le fasce.

Sin dalla pubblicazione del bando per l’assegnazione dei posti barca, l’ADO aveva segnalato al Comune che in  alcuni casi venivano applicati aumenti ai canoni veramente incomprensibili.

Dopo aver presentato  una analisi dettagliata e puntuale degli aumenti, e dopo una serie di confronti di chiarimento tra ADO e  l’Amministrazione Comunale, e’ notizia finalmente ufficiale: l’Amministrazione Comunale ha accettato di rivedere le tariffe di Ormeggio lungo il Canale di S.Liberata.

L’associazione Motonautica Orbetello ci informa che, domenica 10 aprile ci sarà una iniziativa della Motonave “Revenge” per visitare l’isola di Giannutri. La partenza da P. S. Stefano ore 9, 30,  al costo di 22 euro compreso il pranzo a bordo.

Il Consiglio Direttivo dell’Associazione Diportisti Orbetello ha indetto per il giorno 7 Aprile 2016 alle ore 13 in prima convocazione e per  il giorno 8 Aprile 2016 alle ore 21 in seconda convocazione

ASSEMBLEA GENERALE

che si svolgerà presso il Circolo di Orbetello Scalo (vicino ai Pompieri). All’Assemblea possono partecipare tutti gli iscritti in regola con la quota sociale per discutere il seguente ordine del giorno:

1. Approvazione bilancio consuntivo 2015 e preventivo 2016;
2. Adeguamento statuto con introduzione della una nuova figura del “simpatizzante”;
3. Relazione sulla situazione attuale relativa agli ormeggi di S. Liberata;
4. Varie ed eventuali.

In considerazione dell’importanza degli argomenti si invita alla partecipazione numerosa all’Assemblea.

Al termine dell’Assemblea  brinderemo e mangeremo dei pasticcini in onore dell’inizio della nuova  “stagione nautica” con la speranza che possa essere piena di grandi soddisfazioni .

Il Direttivo ADO

Dovrebbe uscire, sul sito del Comune di Orbetello, lunedì 22 febbraio il bando per l’assegnazione dei posti barca a Santa Liberata che rimarrà aperto per 30 giorni. Alla chiusura, le domande idonee, entreranno in una graduatoria che terminerà al raggiungimento della 196 posizioni disponibili.

La precedenza verrà data alle domande dei residenti nel Comune di Orbetello, poi ai residenti nel Comune di Monte di Argentario, in seguito ai non residenti ma possessori di casa nel Comune di Orbetello e infine, novità, a coloro che sono residenti in altri comuni. Tutti, residenti e non, dovranno presentare l’ISEE e dimostrare di non avere redditi superiori a 100.000 euro.

Chi vuole fare la domanda deve:

• Predisporre l’ISSE,
• Compilare la domanda allegando quattro foto della barca, una copia del documento di identità, una fotocopia dell’ assicurazione in atto del motore del natante;
• Effettuare il versamento della quota annua, come da tabella allegata;
• Versare i diritti di segreteria;
• Acquistare una marca da bollo da attaccare sulla domanda

I non residenti ma proprietari di immobile nel comune di Orbetello

• dovranno aggiungere i dati catastali dell’immobile di proprietà.

Il plico, sigillato  in busta chiusa, deve essere consegnato al Protocollo del Comune di Orbetello.

Per i soli soci ADO in difficoltà, sia nella compilazione dei moduli che nella consegna al protocollo, che gradiscono un aiuto lo possono ottenere chiamando sia il Segretario (3289788978) o il responsabile del pontile Roberto (3476631090 ).

Come noterete ci sono stati dei ritocchi sulle quote annue (in alcuni casi anche pesanti) ma questo non per volontà dell’Associazione ma per volontà del Comune, il quale è il titolare della concessione e decide autonomamente sulle tariffe, così come tutte le modifiche che sono state apportate.

Si evidenzia per coloro che non sono residenti nel Comune di Orbetello e di Monte Argentario e i non residenti ma con abitazione nel Comune di Orbetello, che quest’anno è stato messo a disposizione, dall’Amm. Comunale, un congruo numero di posti che possono essere occupati per un solo anno solare (con possibilità di rinnovo annuale) e un pagamento della quota differenziata dai residenti. sempre dietro presentazione dell’ISEE. (vedi ultima tabella allegata).
